"Consideration of Import Duties and Exchange Rates Needed"
It'd be great if you could factor in the import duties and the exchange rate between US and Canadian dollars when providing extra discounts for minimum purchases. It's only duty-free in Canada for items costing $40 CAD or less. So, if someone doesn't want to pay duty, they can't really benefit from the offers.
